Studio

The largest room at AWL. With a generous floor space of 175 m2 and high ceilings, the Studio is ideal for a variety of events. Thanks to built-in flexible solutions, the space can be furnished for large lectures, workshops, panel discussions, trade shows, exhibitions, special presentations, as well as smaller dance, theater, and music performances.

The room is equipped with multiple projectors, sound and lighting systems, and movable writing surfaces. It can be furnished with chairs, tables, sofas, cubes, carpets, pillows, and simple stage floors, depending on the needs.

Upon booking the room, our staff will contact you to discuss your preferences and needs and how they can be accommodated.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation within 0-7 days before the event will incur a 100% charge Cancellation within 8-14 days before the event will incur a 50% charge Cancellation 15 days or earlier before the event is free of charge

Rule:

• Note that the Studio requires bookings of a minimum of two hours and is rented out on weekdays only as a half-day or full-day. A full-day spans from 07:30-17:30. A half-day spans from 07:30-12:00 or 13:00-17:30. Please note that a booking that, for instance, spans only from 11:00-13:00 is charged as a full day. For bookings outside of these times, please contact AWL.

Please Note:

• Additional hourly costs may be incurred for larger special rearrangements. Therefore, kindly request a quote.

• In cases where larger special rearrangements/technical setups need to be made the day/evening before the event, a rental fee (hourly rate or half-/full-day rental) applies for that time. Kindly request a quote.

• For additional technical needs such as cameras, microphones, and video mixers for streamed events, additional charges apply for both equipment and producer. We collaborate with event companies for larger events. Please request a quote.

• Universities and colleges intending to use the space for teaching, research, or similar purposes should request a quote for a reduced price.
